SHIPPING

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, such as holidays and sales events.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and your shipping address. You can see your estimated shipping cost during checkout. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above $100.

Most standard deliveries take 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your estimated delivery date and tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on the import regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sunny Days is not liable for any delays or additional fees incurred due to customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges and procedures before placing your order.

If a customer places an order and refuses to pay the customs fee upon delivery, Sunny Days will be unable to refund their order until we receive proof that the merchandise has been returned to our fullfilment center.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Sunny Days order as much as we do—but if you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To start your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at hello@getsunnydays.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on how to proceed. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your email to our team. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and keep you in the loop. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price of your item(s), minus shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your account.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
